What we do
HFN provides Executive Search, Interim Management, and Executive Coaching services. Our agency is specialised in Senior Management positions in the domains of Accounting, Financial and Non-Financial (regulatory) Reporting and Risk Management, Compliance, Treasury, and (Internal) Audit. We work with financial institutions, Private Equity firms, multinational corporations, family businesses and large SMEs.
Our approach / our network
The intake for a role is always conducted by a financial professional with in-depth knowledge of the specific field. Together with the client, we can further define the role, significantly increasing the probability of a long-term match. HFN has an extensive permanent network of top financial professionals, including CFOs, CFROs, CCOs and partners from major accounting and consulting firms. Additionally, HFN has a large community of interim managers, mostly Certified Public Accountants (CPA)/Register EDP Auditors (RE), quants, and specialists.
The Founders
Endymion Struijs
A Registered Accountant and IT auditor, educated at the University of Amsterdam. This veteran specialises in providing services to finance and technology-related (corporate) enterprises. Endymion started his career at PWC, then worked at KMPG and became a partner at Deloitte.
Additionally, he has served as a lecturer at the University of Amsterdam and is the founder of Permanente Educatie Amsterdam and ENDYMION Amsterdam, Studio for Contemporary Public Audit.
Emiel de Sévrèn Jacquet
After studying economics and art history, Emiel worked at Shell in The Hague. Over 15 years ago, he transitioned to the placement of Finance Professionals. First as a consultant, then as a partner, and in 2010, as the founder of Greenberg Nielsen Finance Recruiters, a top 3 player in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He has an extensive international network and is also an Honorary Consul, combining his diplomatic skills with his in-depth knowledge of the Executive Search business to attract the best talents for organisations.
